Project

An interior that reflects your unique style

Our architects are known for carefully planning each unit to maximize every square inch of space, providing an optimized layout and offering buyers the best value for their money. Every unit is unique, and our variety of finishes allows owners to create a home that reflects their personal style.

Le plan

Our goal is to offer small apartments while maximizing the number of bedrooms. But, according to residents' needs, most units can be converted into one- or two-bedroom condos. Whichever plan you choose, the nine-foot ceilings are sure to provide a sense of grandeur.

The kitchen

Every buyer can decide to opt for a kitchen with open shelves or closed cabinets. The open shelve design is easier to personalize, because it allows you to show off dishes or even jars, a trend that is very much in vogue. However, if you require a lot of storage, the closed cabinet design is more practical.

U-shaped kitchens or corridor kitchens include a lunch counter with a metal base for a modern, industrial look. Finishes come in a choice of five palettes:

  • pastel
  • minuit
  • blanco
  • griset
  • noire

Retro, classic or chic¾for each style, a colour scheme!

The bathroom

The vanity and medicine cabinet were custom designed. The metal structure gives them a modern, industrial look and they are available in four colours: old rose or shades of light to dark grey.

The retro shower fixture, proposed in a matte black, is a single piece, which includes all shower elements (rain shower head, hand-held shower, and spout).

Another thoughtful design feature: contrary to a niche, the low wall in the shower can accommodate all sizes of bottles!
