Quartier Général: A testament to design

What sets the Quartier Général project apart is its permeability: the way it opens onto the neighbourhood creating an inviting and lively place.

Vibrant, welcoming spaces

The project’s green spaces have been designed to highlight this fluidity. That’s why Quartier Général includes two volumes with a pedestrian green lane running between them. This innovative pathway encourages people to walk through the project, creating spaces that are safe and full of life.

This pedestrian lane gives out onto a green alley that borders the project, and both pathways will feature local businesses. All neighbourhood residents will be able to use the space to stop for a while, enjoy a coffee with friends, and more.

These thoroughfares serve to open the project up to the neighbourhood and create a more vibrant space. They allow Quartier Général to fit seamlessly into the surrounding area and breathe new life into the already dynamic space.

Montréal at your doorstep

An accessible project is one that is located near all the many benefits of the neighbourhood. Quartier Général creates a stimulating living space just steps from a wide range of amenities—all while providing comfortable, peaceful units for residents.

The project is located in Griffintown West, near Georges-Vanier Métro, and offers the best of both worlds. Enjoy easy access to bustling downtown Montréal, as well as all that the Lachine Canal has to offer—including kayaking, walking, running, and biking—right in your backyard.

The project is located near Atwater Market and its year-round fresh produce, charming shops along Notre-Dame Street, and Griffintown’s many services.
