On Saturday, April 24, 2021, about 20 Prével employees and their families celebrated Earth Day by participating in a neighbourhood clean-up in Griffintown, close to the Quartier Général project. An opportunity to get out in the fresh air while positively contributing to keeping a part of their city beautiful!
It was on a sunny day that the Prével employees met in front of the Quartier Général sales office, the starting point of the walk. Wearing comfortable shows, gloves, and armed with garbage bags, the team was all smiles under their masks and happy to put their words into action. The team walked the neighbourhood streets, parks, and green spaces as well as along the Lachine Canal.
The result :
While some clean-up parties had already been organized by citizen groups, there was still a lot of litter to pick up. Close to 50 garbage bags were filled during that morning! A simple act for Griffintown, the city, and the planet!
